Branch Manager Job Tower Sacco
Banking Jobs, Tower Sacco Jobs. Branch Manager oversees branch operations and drives business growth, requires a Business Degree and 5+ years management experience. Full-time role in Nairobi.
Job Purpose
- The Branch Manager is responsible for the Branch Business and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office. These include sales and marketing of SACCO products and services, branch operations, lending, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the SACCO’s objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce/Management/Economics/Accounting/Banking or any Business Related Field, or CPA Finalist
- Those with both a degree & Higher Diploma or diploma in business related course will have an added advantage.
- Minimum Five (5) years working experience in a financial institution environment with a sound exposure to operations, and at least (3) years in a management role.
- KCSE C (Plain) with C (plain) in Mathematics and English
Person Specifications
- Age above 30 years
- Must be empathic to Customer needs
- Be of exemplary integrity and honesty
- Must have a valid driving license
- Be decisive and possess quick judgment skills
- Possess excellent business writing skills
- Be proactive and initiative
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
