Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for healthcare services.
- Manage insurance claims, reimbursements, and billing compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and coordinate collection of overdue payments.
- Supervise billing staff and ensure adherence to hospital billing procedures and service standards.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, patient inquiries, and insurance-related issues promptly.
- Prepare billing reports and analyze revenue trends to support financial performance and decision-making.
