Internal & External Communication Management

  • Manage customer communication through Email, IFMIS, and WhatsApp platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with company communication protocols.

Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

  • Submit activity and performance reports as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales information.

Meeting Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent the department in customer engagements as assigned.

Interior Design & Workspace Solutions Support

  • Identify workspace solution and interior design opportunities.

Team Participation & Compliance

  • Collaborate effectively with departmental team members.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Economics, Interior Design, Procurement, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Professional Qualifications

  • Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development, or Project Management is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience in B2B sales, tender management, project sales, or workspace solutions is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with Government, NGO, Corporate, Banking, Healthcare, Education, or Real Estate sectors is desirable.
