Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate in Food & Beverage from a recognized college
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- O-Level Certificate
- Well-groomed with excellent customer service skills
- Warm, engaging personality and a team player
Key Responsibilities
- Courteously meet, greet, and seat guests
- Engage guests and assist with order selection
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless service
- Promote hotel services beyond food and beverage
- Assist with bill settlement and explain payment methods
- Collect guest feedback to help improve service quality
Salary & Benefits
- KSh 30,000
