Qualifications

• Diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Audio Engineering, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video and audio editing, with a portfolio showcasing work in both studio interviews and documentary-style settings. Podcast editing experience is a must.
• Storytelling Ability: Strong sense of narrative flow, with an ability to structure content that captivates and informs.
• Technical Precision: Detail-oriented with a strong command of editing tools, ensuring the highest quality in video and audio outputs.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively address technical challenges, maintaining quality across different filming environments.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable working in a collaborative environment with a cross-functional team.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours as project timelines require.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to field locations to assist with on-site editing or production support
