Assistant Sales Analyst Job Kenafric
The Assistant Sales Analyst supports the Sales Analyst by compiling, cleaning, and reporting sales and market data to ensure accurate decision-making. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, supporting reporting processes, administering the wholesale loyalty program, and assisting in identifying basic trends and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely reports provided to Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. Sales meeting packs and performance review reports prepared before scheduled meetings & Ad hoc data requests completed within agreed turnaround times. Positive stakeholder feedback on responsiveness and support. Effective collaboration demonstrated through timely completion of cross-functional tasks.
- Monthly reconciliations completed with no significant variances. Timely resolution of loyalty program data discrepancies. Accurate tracking and reporting of loyalty program performance metrics.
- Data validation checks completed within agreed timelines. Reporting templates updated and available before reporting deadlines. Reduction in anual data processing time through automation supp
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Economics, Statistics, Data Science & Mathematics or closely related analytical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
