Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring timely delivery of ready-mix concrete in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance of all movable machines and transport equipment, including statutory and operational requirements.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating drivers to support efficient daily operations.
- Support the Logistics & Transport Manager in monitoring fleet performance and resolving operational challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or fleet operations, preferably in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry.
- Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to prepare basic operational reports.
