Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science, E-Learning Technology, or a related field
- Technical knowledge of hardware, operating systems, applications & basic networking
- Prior exposure to a Learning Management System( Moodle preferred)
- Proficiency in video/ audio recording & editing tools is an added advantage
- Strong communication & customer support skills
