Assistant Director – Teacher Management (Field) Job TSC

The Assistant Director – Teacher Management (Field) coordinates teacher management functions at regional and field levels to ensure effective administration of teaching staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating teacher deployment and management within assigned regions
  • Monitoring teacher performance and professional conduct
  • Supporting implementation of teacher management policies and guidelines
  • Supervising teacher discipline and compliance processes
  • Coordinating teacher transfers and postings within the region
  • Supporting teacher professional development initiatives
  • Preparing regional teacher management reports
  • Liaising with education stakeholders on teacher management issues
