Assistant Data Analyst Job Java House

Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with team members to source data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Support team members with data cleaning from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases/data systems.
- Develop, update, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports.
- Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
- Identify and analyze errors and inconsistencies in data and provides timely resolutions.
- Translate data results into written reports, or presentations to convey information to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make data-driven recommendations to enhance business operations.
- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis projects as required.
- Utilize and extract maximum value from data analytics tools.
Key Requirements
- Possess software development (coding) skills in popular languages and frameworks.
- Understanding of common BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, others
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Data Analytics
- Demonstrate conversance in general IT areas.
Job specifications:
Qualifications & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Information Technology or related
- Possess knowledge in any programming languages.
- Knowledge and experience in any data analytics tools
