Assistant Business Development Manager Job

  • Identifying potential markets, analyzing market trends, and researching customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to facilitate business development.
  • Providing regular reports on business development activities, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve performance.
  • Working closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the company’s offerings.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Assist BD Manager in leading marketing initiatives such as creating marketing materials and introducing new products to the market.
  • Together with BD manager, manage human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and maintaining workforce efficiency within the department.
  • Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, BSc. Animal Health
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong research skills to identify potential clients and analyze market trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles is beneficial.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
