Assistant, Administration & Logistics Officer Job Plexus Energy

  • Support inventory and store management (solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.)
  • Coordinate deliveries to project sites and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with office operations and facilities upkeep
  • Support logistics and administrative functions across the team
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • 5 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
  • Experience handling technical or high-value inventory (renewable energy/electrical/engineering is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory systems
  • Professional certification (CIPS/KISM) is an added advantage
