Store in Charge (Quarry) Job (60-80K)

Procurement Jobs. MSVL Group Jobs

  • Degree in Procurement & Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Store In-Charge (Quarry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and team supervision capabilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Manage end-to-end inventory control including receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials and consumables.
  • Maintain accurate stock records; conduct monthly and annual physical stock audits with full variance accountability.
  • Implement inventory control systems (FIFO/LIFO) and maintain optimal re-order levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Oversee warehouse organization, space utilization, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions.
  • Coordinate with procurement and accounts to align stock planning and reporting.
  • Supervise store staff, assign duties, manage schedules, and support training.
  • Monitor stock security to prevent pilferage, damage, and wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company operational standards.
  • Prepare inventory, cost, and performance reports to support management decision-making.
