About the Company Foursum Limited is a fast-growing company specializing in the distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountant to support their finance department and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Prepare and post invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist with stock and inventory accounting for beverage products
- Prepare statutory deductions and support tax compliance
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support preparation of financial reports and management accounts
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA Part I or II (or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting (FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
