About the Company Foursum Limited is a fast-growing company specializing in the distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountant to support their finance department and ensure accurate financial records.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
  • Prepare and post invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist with stock and inventory accounting for beverage products
  • Prepare statutory deductions and support tax compliance
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Support preparation of financial reports and management accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA Part I or II (or equivalent) is an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting (FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
