Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for ATL, BTL, Digital, Web (UI/UX), and Motion Graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, and copywriters to create award-winning campaigns.
- Translate client marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and brand-appropriate designs.
- Ensure all design materials are responsive, cross-device compliant, and accessible.
- Work with the design and copy teams to develop creative strategies, concepts, and executions for various products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, target audience preferences, and market dynamics.
- Partner with account executives and managers to effectively schedule, monitor, and deliver projects.
- Oversee the creative process from briefing to final execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Provide technical and visual recommendations to clients for optimal results.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, client presentations, and creative meetings.
- Lead the development of data-driven creative materials, ensuring they align with business and marketing objectives.
