Responsible for supporting film projects, developing creative content, assisting with filming and production activities, preparing communication materials, managing digital content, coordinating production teams, and supporting storytelling projects. Requires a relevant qualification in Film, Media, Communication, Journalism, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D or 3D animations for film, TV, digital and social media.
• Develop storyboards, animatics and motion graphics.
• Bring characters, environments and ideas to life with strong visual storytelling.
• Work with feedback and iterate quickly to deliver high-quality animations.
• Collaborate with the creative team, editors and designers.
• Deliver assets on time and in the right formats for different platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Toon Boom or equivalent).
• A strong understanding of animation principles, timing, movement and visual storytelling.
• Creativity, attention to detail and a distinctive visual style.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for using animation to create stories that drive real impact.
