Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy
artificial intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance our service
delivery. This role will focus on developing AI-powered applications, implementing machine learning models, and integrating AI capabilities into existing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML technologies, programming, and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to solve real-world business challenges in the healthcare technology sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications to address business needs
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for training, testing, and deployment
• Develop natural language processing (NLP) solutions for document processing and data
  extraction
• Implement computer vision solutions for image and document analysis
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models for optimal performance
• Develop APIs and services to expose AI functionality to other applications
• Maintain and monitor AI systems in production environments
• Document AI solutions, models, and integration processes
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices
• Conduct proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new AI technologies
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy and security requirements

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software
  Engineering, or related field

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science, or related role
  Required Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow,
  PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production
  environments
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks
• Understanding of deep learning architectures and neural networks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their AI services
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience with API development and integration (REST, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-
  technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of computer vision and image processing techniques
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with voice AI and speech recognition technologies
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and data privacy regulations (HIPAA,
  GDPR)
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) integration
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research
• Certifications in AI/ML from recognized platforms (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Coursera, etc.)
