Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily departmental expense reimbursements via the OA system and track payment progress to ensure timely settlements.
  • Manage administrative supplies comprehensively, including procurement, reception, storage, issuance, and maintaining accurate ledger records.
  • Ensure all supply-related operations are meticulously documented and stored, whether paper-based or system-based.
  • Track and analyze various expenses, preparing reports that include bidding categories and shared expense allocations.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule.
