We’re seeking a strategic and client-focused Accounts Manager to build and nurture key relationships within the construction industry. In this role, you’ll drive account growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and support our business development efforts through proactive engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor client satisfaction and promote long-term engagement
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that maximize revenue, retention, and profitability
- Engage with architects, engineers, government bodies, and contractors to specify and advocate for our products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly
- Analyze customer purchasing trends and identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities
- Monitor credit status, improve collection cycles, and contribute to shaping better commercial policies
- Track upcoming construction projects, promote early engagement, and position our solutions ahead of market demands
- Provide guidance and analysis through accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards
Key Outputs/Deliverables:
- Execution of account plans and achievement of business targets
- High retention rates and strong customer relationships
- Expansion into new markets and reactivation of dormant accounts
- Timely and actionable sales reporting to support decision-making
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a construction-related discipline
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry is an added advantage
