Accounts Assistant Job South B Hospital
Accounting Jobs, South B Hospital Jobs. Responsible for processing invoices, recording financial transactions, handling payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. Requires a diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi,.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payment vouchers, receipts, invoices and other accounting documents
- Support petty cash management, imprest accountability and expense reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
- Assist in reconciling debtor accounts, statements, receipts and credit notes
- Accurately allocate payments to the respective debtor accounts
- Prepare debtor ageing schedules and periodic receivables reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, reconciliation or general accounting
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare institution environment will be an added advantage
