Lecturers – Business & Entrepreneurship Job RCMRD

Finance Jobs, RCMRD Jobs. Responsible for teaching and mentoring students in geospatial and related programmes, preparing learning materials, conducting practical training, assessing students, supervising projects, supporting research activities, and contributing to curriculum development and academic programmes. Requires a relevant Master’s degree or higher in area of interest with relevant teaching or industry experience. The positions are based in Nairobi and require on-site work.

Qualifications

• Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Commerce, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or any other closely related field.

Professional Experience

• Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional, teaching, training and/or industry experience in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Commerce, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related field.

Professional Qualification,

• Skills and Membership Professional certification, registration, or membership with relevant professional and regulatory bodies is highly desirable. This includes registration with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK); International Labour Organization (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Certification; Trainer of Trainers (TOT) or Master Trainer Certification; professional membership in recognized business, accounting, entrepreneurship, management, or education associations; or other relevant professional certifications and registrations applicable to the position. Those with industry experience without training experience are also encouraged to apply.
