Security Jobs, Elgeyo Marakwet CPSB Jobs. Responsible for protecting wildlife, monitoring game reserves, preventing illegal hunting, supporting wildlife conservation, responding to human-wildlife conflicts, and educating communities on wildlife protection. Requires relevant training in wildlife management, environmental conservation, forestry, or a related field. The position is based in iten and requires fieldwork.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: –
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: – Wildlife Management, Environmental Management, Forestry, Tourism Management, Environmental Science, Botany and Zoology, Ecology, Animal Health, Criminology, Law, Risk and Disaster Management and Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institution;
- Undergone Paramilitary Training Course lasting not less than six (6) months;
- Be physically and medically fit;
- Have no criminal record
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
