Security Officers Job Siloam Hospital Kericho, Kenya
Qualifications
- KCSE certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in Security Guard Training from a recognized security training institution.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in security work, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of security procedures, access control, patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response.
- Basic First Aid training is an added advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to handle security equipment and surveillance systems, including CCTV and access-control systems.
- Strong communication, observation, alertness, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
