Purpose of the role

• The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring materials are available to support efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store inventory items.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
• Pick, pack, and issue approved materials and supplies.
• Coordinate stock replenishments and follow up on deliveries.
• Conduct stock counts and support inventory audits.
• Prepare and submit inventory consumption reports.
• Submit stock consumption reports to Finance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory or store operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
