MPGS Deploy Resource Job Mastercard
We are looking for an experienced MPGS Deploy Resource to support Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) clients by accelerating merchant onboarding, managing technical integrations, and providing ongoing operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate merchant onboarding and implementation activities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and Mastercard teams
- Manage technical support requests and production issues
- Track onboarding projects, incidents, and technical tickets
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support merchant integrations and ongoing production operations
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in payment gateways, merchant onboarding, or technical project delivery
- Strong understanding of digital commerce and payment gateway platforms
- Hands-on experience with APIs and merchant integrations on MPGS
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

- Increased MPGS transaction volumes
- Faster merchant onboarding turnaround times
- Improved implementation success rates
- Growth in MPGS-enabled acceptance locations
