Eligibility Criteria:
- Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) who meet the requirements are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must reside in Bungoma Town or nearby areas
- Diploma, Certificate, or Degree (ongoing or completed) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance, and workshop tools
- Ability to perform hands-on technical tasks
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a professional engineering environment
- Reliability, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in routine maintenance of mechanical equipment, machines, and garage tools
- Support installation, troubleshooting, and repair tasks under supervision
- Conduct inspections, measurements, and basic technical assessments
- Document work done and support in preparing technical reports
- Maintain safety standards and ensure proper handling of workshop/garage equipment
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors on assigned tasks
