As a leader or someone in-charge of a team, the line between leadership and management can often blur. Many leaders struggle to strike the right balance between taking charge and empowering their teams.
However, the ability to master the art of knowing when to lead and when to manage is a crucial differentiator for any leader or manager.
This is why we will be holding a one-hour training, where you’ll understand the difference between leadership and management, when to apply either, and why a manager is not necessarily a leader.
