Looking for a hospitality job in Kenya? Emerge Egress Consulting is recruiting a Waiter position for a hospitality establishment. Proficiency in food and beverage service, customer care, and POS systems is required.

Role Objective
Our client, a hospitality establishment, is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences through efficient service and excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Recommend menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and service stations.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and ensure accurate order handling.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Collect customer feedback and perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in hotel or restaurant management software is an added advantage.
