Videographer Job (30K)
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production Planning
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts aligned with campaign goals, brand messaging, and audience targeting.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to pitch video ideas and storyboarding concepts.
- Plan and organize video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, shot lists, and equipment preparation.
Production
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other audio-visual equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to the brand’s tone and identity in all video content.
- Capture visually appealing b-roll, product shots, event highlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Work with scriptwriters, voiceover artists, or actors when necessary for complex productions.
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, background music, and effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Sync video with audio, correct color, and ensure all edits meet technical standards for various platforms (web, social media, ads, etc.).
- Export, compress, and format final videos for delivery across multiple channels, ensuring optimization for each platform.
Technical Management
- Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment, ensuring all gear is in working condition before and after shoots.
- Organize and archive video projects, raw footage, and final exports in a structured digital asset management system.
Quality Control & Feedback
- Review video content for errors and alignment with creative briefs before final approval and publishing.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders quickly and effectively while preserving video integrity.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and storytelling methods to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Experiment with new video styles, social media formats (like reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), and creative approaches to maximize engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
- Proven knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, composition, and audio recording
- Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent visual storytelling, videography, and editing skills
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording equipment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
