Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Tour Consultant based in Kikuyu, with some flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing guided tours, providing travel consultancy services, engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting in the development of customized travel itineraries. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and travel support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to learn and self improve
- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism, particularly in Kenya
- Ability to craft personalized travel itineraries and manage logistics
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and online booking systems is a plus
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
