Core Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to domestic and international leads
- Contact potential customers to generate interest in our products
- Follow up regularly on assigned leads to maximize conversions
- Explain products clearly and handle customer objections professionally
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales guidelines
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling, or sales
- Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
