Nutrawell Africa Limited is a fast-growing wellness and healthcare company dedicated to providing high-quality wellness products and excellent customer service across Kenya. We are currently looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Telesales Agents.
The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers using company-provided leads, explaining products professionally, responding to customer inquiries, following up clients, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates should be able to build strong customer relationships, maintain professionalism during calls, and achieve assigned sales targets.
This role requires individuals who are excellent communicators, persuasive, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, or direct sales will be an added advantage, although training will be provided to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through phone calls
- Explain products and services professionally
- Follow up potential and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain proper customer and sales records
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Work closely with the sales and support team
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Must be 25 years and above
- Must be a graduate from a recognized institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Experience in telesales or customer service is an added advantage
