Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning and execution of regional activations
Lead and motivate teams on the ground to meet daily/weekly lead targets
Ensure compliance with project guidelines and client requirements
Liase with clients and management for smooth execution

Qualifications

Proven experience running regional activations or similar large-scale field projects
Strong track record in lead acquisition campaigns
Leadership skills with ability to manage teams across multiple locations
Excellent reporting, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time
