Job Summary
Safaricom Dealer Shop is seeking a reliable and results-oriented Shop Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Supervise staff and assign duties
- Train, guide, and motivate employees
- Monitor staff performance and discipline
Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Drive sales and achieve shop targets
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Operations
- Open and close the shop daily
- Ensure cleanliness and proper product display
- Manage daily shop activities efficiently
Stock & Inventory
- Monitor stock levels regularly
- Order, receive, and organize stock
- Prevent losses, damages, or theft
Financial Control
- Handle cash and daily transactions
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Ensure accuracy of records and accountability
Communication & Reporting
- Report to senior management
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners
- Share updates and operational feedback with the team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in a retail/shop environment is an added advantage
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Computer literacy and basic reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
