Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the shop
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Close sales and process customer orders
- Post product videos on TikTok from the shop regularly
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Update management on customer preferences and sales opportunities
- Make proforma invoices and quotation.
- Keep the files and customer records to the best.
- Keep proper record of stocks.(Know the stock you have at the outlets and the most moving goods)

Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate in Sales & Marketing or a related field
- Computer knowledge is must more so excel.
- Supply and chain knowledge is added advantage.
- Knowledge of plumbing and irrigation fittings is added advantage.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
- Confident communication and customer-handling skills
- Compensation & Growth
- Monthly stipend: KSh 13,000
Job work is Monday to Saturday.
Salary review based on performance
