Responsibilities
- Guarding the premises and controlling access at entry and exit points
- Conducting regular patrols of the compound and facilities
- Monitoring CCTV and reporting any suspicious activity
- Maintaining a visitor and vehicle log
- Responding promptly to any security incidents or alarms
- Enforcing company rules and regulations on the premises
- Liaising with management on any security concerns
- Any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Certificate of Good Conduct (mandatory)
- Valid security guard licence from a recognised authority
- Minimum KCSE D+ or equivalent
- At least 1 year of security experience
- Physically fit and alert
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Sober, disciplined, and trustworthy character
- Preferably residing within Ongata Rongai or nearby
