Sales Representative Job Upwork (50K)
Looking for a sales job in Kenya? Upwork Services is recruiting a Sales Representative position. The salary for the role is Ksh 50,000 monthly. The job is based in Nairobi with extensive travel across Kenya and East Africa. Proficiency in B2B sales, renewable energy solutions, and lead generation is required.
We are seeking a networked B2B project-sales hunter with strong commercial instincts, technical curiosity and the ability to convert industry relationships into revenue.
Position Summary
Results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth of our solar, energy storage, inverter and power solutions business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & pursue new B2B opportunities for solar PV, ESS, inverters & hybrid power solutions
- Prospect customers across commercial, industrial, telecom, agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, education, NGO & government sectors
- Build relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, consultants, developers & end-users
- Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closure & payment follow-up
- Prepare quotations, proposals & commercial presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in renewable energy, solar PV, ESS, electrical products, generators, UPS, or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kenya & East Africa
- Valid driving license is an advantage
