Sales Jobs. Brites Management Jobs. Looking for a sales job in Kenya? Brites Management is recruiting a Sales Representative (Cosmetics Products) position for a client. The salary for the role is Ksh 20,000 – 25,000 monthly. Proficiency in FMCG sales, customer relationship management, and territory management is required.

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new customers including cosmetic shops, salons, pharmacies, and retail outlets to grow the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales approaches to achieve monthly sales targets and increase product uptake.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through regular market visits, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat purchases and long-term business partnerships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations based on their requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Development & Product Promotion

  • Conduct regular field visits to increase product awareness, availability, and visibility across assigned markets.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support product promotions and educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, orders, and market feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance, customer progress, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales of cosmetics, beauty products, personal care products, or related FMCG products.
  • Existing networks and experience selling to cosmetic shops, pharmacies, and salons will be highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to prepare sales reports.
