Position: Sales Officer ( Fruits and Vegetables ).

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits and sales presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in outlets.
- Manage customer orders, collections, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the food processing, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Market analysis and business development.
- Report writing and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
