Sales Assistant Job Kinangop Dairy

Responsibilities

• Verify and sign for all loaded products, ensuring accountability for both outbound and return items.
• Guide the driver according to the assigned route and ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
• Prepare and manage all required delivery documentation (e.g., GRNs, delivery notes, returns).
• Accurately record and reconcile all crates, cans, and product movements with customers and the factory.
• Report any incidents promptly and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
• Safeguard company property, maintain vehicle security and cleanliness, and ensure proper arrangement of goods.
• Adhere to company policies, KPIs, reporting times, and perform any additional assigned duties.
• Any other role that may be assigned to you time to time by the company

Qualifications

• Must hold a KCSE Certificate or Certificate in Sales and Marketing or Business Studies.
• Highly developed communication, selling, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability work with fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Possess personal qualities of integrity and empathy
• Customer service skills and ability to handle/solve problems.
• Must have minimum 1-year work experience in a dairy industry in sales.

N/B The position is an Entry level.
