The Sales Assistant – Health Systems will drive enterprise sales of UzimaNexus solutions to hospitals, clinics, county governments, and diagnostic networks across Kenya.

  • Drive business development by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads across target health institutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospital and healthcare groups.
  • Lead enterprise sales engagements, including product demos to hospital administrators, CEOs, medical superintendents, ICT heads, and finance teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within Kenya’s health tech ecosystem and provide actionable insights to leadership and product teams.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within defined sales timelines.
  • Secure signed contracts and ensure timely deal closure.
  • Diploma in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in healthtech sales, hospital equipment sales, insurance/medical scheme sales, or EMR/HMIS systems sales.
  • Proven experience selling to hospitals or county governments in Kenya.
  • Strong understanding of SHA workflows, hospital billing systems, and healthcare compliance requirements.
