Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in a Business related field from recognized institution.
- Over 1 year working experience in Financial Sector
- Good knowledge in the lending/Credit.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Sales/Marketing skills
- Knowledge of the financial industry Rules& Regulations
- Business oriented and results driven attitude
Responsibilities
- Implement the Business Development Strategies to ensure the profitability of Spectrum Credit Ltd in all market conditions.
- Maintaining the projected sales volumes, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Ensuring growth in the client portfolio to ensure increase in the number of clients overall to maximize growth.
- Implementing and ensuring implementation of marketing programs, marketing materials, advisements, client events and online promotions in order to maximise client reach and sales.
- Ensure the collection of outstanding loans and debts on her portfolio is promptly done to minimize profit loss and maximise cash flows, while ensuring that Collections Management is handled appropriately and per company policy.
