Looking for a Sales job in Kenya? Progressive Credit is recruiting Relationship Officers for its Kakamega branch. Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and loan portfolio growth is required.
The Officers are tasked to market and contribute to the growth of the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
- Ensures a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
- Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
- Ensures zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers’ information.
- Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.
