Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with individual and business clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the company’s customer portfolio.
- Market and sell the company’s financial products and services.
- Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and process loan applications while ensuring complete documentation.
- Monitor loan performance and support collection efforts.
- Conduct client visits, business development activities, and market outreach.
- Achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare periodic reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, SACCO, microfinance, lending, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in CRM systems is an added advantage.
