Receptionist Job Mogo Finance

Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer inbound phone calls as well as receiving and directing visitors and clients to the right office.
  • Manage & monitor Stationery, office consumable goods; & toiletries. Always maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Work with cleaning services vendor to ensure the office is always clean, and fumigation is done on time.
  • Provide necessary reservations for business trips for management and other staff members.
  • HQ OSHA & Business permits responsible person.
  • Provide effective cooperation with suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage cargo and courier services, liaise with logistics companies to ensure collection & dispatch is done on time. Do monthly reconciliation of cargo invoices & waybills
  • Issue, update, deactivate phone plans for qualifying employees, monthly reconcilliation.
  • Provide support to employees and management on daily basis.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned 

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
  • Previous experience in Boda-boda financing is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills.
