Power Group Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure that all materials, components, and finished products meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.

  • Inspect raw materials and components upon delivery to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Interpret technical drawings and design specifications.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and testing of products.
  • Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality deviations.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Verify that finished products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
  • Support development and review of SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and testing process.
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in quality control within manufacturing or panel assembly.
  • Strong understanding of IEC 61439 and quality standards.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in inspection, testing, and quality documentation.
  • Knowledge of non-conformance management and corrective actions.
  • Ability to design LV panels is an added advantage.
  • Experience in CNC machine operations and/or panel assembly is an added advantage.
  • Experience in ISO 9001, IEC 61439, and HSE systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and process improvement tools is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to production audits and safety inspections.
