Key Responsibilities
- Consenting to the study respondents before the interviews and group discussions.
- Conducting interviews, focus groups, and participant observations.
- Note-taking/ fieldnotes and writing debriefing reports for all the interviews
- Ensure data quality and confidentiality.
- Ensuring the safety of data collection tools and equipment assigned.
- Any other related activity assigned by the project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in early childhood education.
- Have proven experience and skills in qualitative research.
- Ability to facilitate interviews and group discussions in English and Swahili.
- Be a current resident of the target counties.
- Must be fully available for training and during the entire data collection period.
- Experience working in a school setting.
