Sales Jobs. Brites Management Jobs. Looking for a sales job in Kenya? Brites Management is recruiting a Property Sales & Marketing Executive position for a client. Proficiency in property sales, client relationship management, and lead generation is required.

  • Market and promote residential and commercial property listings through various sales and marketing channels.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and property viewings for prospective buyers.
  • Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate property prices, terms, and agreements to facilitate successful sales transactions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, leads, and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, open days, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and excellent customer experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in real estate marketing, property sales, or a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing property transactions.
  • Experience selling high-value residential or commercial properties will be an added advantage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good presentation and persuasion skills.
