Procurement / Supply Chain Clerk Job

  • Assist in the production and manufacturing process to ensure daily targets are achieved
  • Load, unload, sort, and move raw materials and finished products within the factory
  • Support machine operators by preparing materials and maintaining smooth workflow
  • Package, label, and stack finished products according to company standards
  • Conduct basic quality checks to identify damaged or defective products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and workstations
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment appropriately
  • Report machine breakdowns, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors promptly
  • Help in stock handling, counting, and arrangement within the production area
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management
  • Diploma in any field
  • Must be self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • High level of discipline, reliability, and time management
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an added advantage
