Current registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety protocols
Ability to communicate clearly in English and Swahili
Physical and mental fitness to perform nursing duties, including shift work and standing for extended periods
Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to ethical nursing practice
